Ruth Rose

    Graveside services for Ruth M. Rose, 65, Caldwell, who died Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Lower Boise Cemetery near Parma.  The Rev. Gene Hansen of the Ustick Road Church of the Nazarene will officiate under the direction of the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Friends may meet at the cemetery.
    Mrs. Rose was born Dec. 8, 1919, in Notus, a daughter of Clyde and Nola Lewis.  She was reared and educated in Notus and graduated from Notus High School.  She married Harold V. Rose on July 11, 1943, in Caldwell and the couple had since made their home on Farmway Road south of Caldwell.  She enjoyed camping and cooking for her family.  She was a member of the First Christian Church, Caldwell, and Loyal Neighbors.
    She is survived by her husband of Caldwell; a son, Gary Rose of Idaho Falls; two grandchildren, Stephanie Cox and Mike Rose, both of Idaho Falls, and a great-granddaughter, Ashley Jo Cox of Idaho Falls.
    She was preceded in death by her parents.
    Memorials may be made to the Idaho Youth Ranch, Box 534, Rupert, 83350 or to the Hospice Program at Mercy Medical Center, 1512 12th Ave. Road, Nampa, 83651.
    Friends may call Thursday from 10 am. until 8 p.m. at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
