Star Baby Dies At Local Hospital     Larry Ostberg, two day old son of Mr. and Mrs. Oran Ostberg of Star, died at a local hospital this morning.  The body is at the Peckham chapel.  Funeral services will be held at the Chapel Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with the Rev. Walter White of Boise in charge.  Interment will be in the Knowlton Heights cemetery.     The survivors besides the parents are both grandparents, living near Star.
