Graveside services for Jaspar J.
Roberts, 85, of Bullhead City, Ariz., and formerly of
Caldwell, who died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1993, at a Bullhead City
nursing home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, at
Greenleaf Cemetery, Greenleaf. Rev. Allen Cole of the
Friends Church, Nampa, will officiate under the direction of
Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Family and friends are
asked to meet at the cemetery.
Mr.
Roberts was born Nov. 21, 1907, at Allen, Neb. He
married Fern Alta Brees on Nov. 8, 1930, at Plainview, Neb.
The couple farmed east of Allen until 1958 when they moved to
Caldwell. Mrs. Roberts died in 1976. Jaspar had
recently moved to Arizona.
Survivors
include two children, Kenneth E. Roberts of Kirkland, Wash.,
and Peggy Henson of Bullhead City. |
