Fruitland Man Succumbs Sunday     George M. (sic) Dailey, 70, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. William Ketchum of Fruitland, last night.     Dailey was born on Nov. 15, 1868, near Columbus, Ohio.  He came to Oregon in 1897.  On Dec. 19, 1921, he was married to Lulu F. Dexter who died a year ago.     He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Ketchum and a brother Levi Dailey at Ontario.     The body is at Peckham's funeral chapel in Parma.  No arrangements have yet been made.
