Parma Resident Succumbs     Francis Albert Richardson, 76, a resident of Parma for the past 34 years, died Wednesday afternoon at his home near Parma.     The body is at the Peckham Funeral establishment.  Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Adventist church in Parma, with Elder Monroe in charge.  Interment will be in the Parma cemetery.     Mr. Richardson was born in Little Falls, Minn., on December 24, 1862.  He was a jeweler by trade.     The survivors are his widow, Mrs. Florence Richardson of Parma; two daughters, Mrs. Donna Clark of Parma and Mrs. Mrs. Mary Montgomery of Boise and three grandchildren.
