Funeral services for William A.
Perryman, 82, of 211 East Hazel, Apt. 16, Caldwell, who died
Wednesday at home, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Flahiff
Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, with the Rev. Terry Poe of the
Crossroads Assembly of God, Wilder, officiating.
Interment will follow at Wilder Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 6, 1898, at Grove Springs, Missouri.
In 1908 the family moved to Oklahoma, and in 1917 they moved
to Wright County, Mo. He married Burtress A. Taylor on
Dec. 6, 1921 in Buffalo, Mo. The couple made their home
in Missouri until 1938 when they moved to Wilder. He
worked for the Batt Farms until he retired in 1955. In
1979 they moved to Caldwell where he has since resided.
He was a charter member of the Crossroads Assembly of God
Church of Wilder.
He is survived by his
wife of Caldwell; three sons, Frank of Maple Valley, Wash.,
Richard (Cotton) of Battle Mountain, Nev., and William D.
Perryman of North Bend, Wash.; four daughters, Mary Gehr of
Crescent City, Calif., Millie Borg of Camino Island, Wash.,
Doris Carpenter of George, Wash., and Wilma Randall of North
Bend, Wash.; two brothers, Sim Perryman of Wilder and George
Perryman of Auburn, Wash.; five sisters, Millie Nickerson of
Commerce, Oklahoma, Rebbecca Jones and Luclinda Owens both of
Lebanon, Mo., Eula McMillian of Caldwell, and Bessie
Leadbetter, of Pitcher, Okla., and by 30 grandchildren and 26
great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son,
Leonard, in 1976, and two brothers and a sister. |
