Edyth M. Prosser

     ROSWELL — Services for Mrs. Edythe Mary Prosser, 72, of Parma, who died Tuesday in an Ontario hospital, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sterry Memorial Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Raymond Wilson.  Interment will be at Roswell Cemetery under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Mrs. Prosser was born on March 16, 1902 in Holbrook, Neb., and moved with her parents to the Big Bend Community, southwest of here, as a child.  She was reared in the community and married Elmer E. Prosser on Mary 29, 1921, in Caldwell.  They farmed in the Big Bend community and she had since resided there.  Mr. Prosser died on April 10, 1954.
    She was a member of the Adrian, Ore., United Presbyterian Church.
    Surviving are a son, Wilford E. Prosser, Pilot Rock, Ore.; two daughters, Laura Brock, Ontario, and Flora E. Bell. Hermiston, Ore.; three brothers, Otis Swigert, Parma, Wilford Swigert, Wilder, and Foster Swigert, Medford, Ore.; a sister, Evelyn Maurer, Wilder; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
