Roberta Moon
    Roberta Pearl Moon, 77, of Nampa, died Tuesday, July 11, 1995, at a Nampa hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 17, at Alsip Funeral Chapel.  Pastor Bill Garrett of the Nampa First Christian Church will officiate.  Inurnment will be at the Wilder Cemetery at a later date.
    Roberta was born Dec. 10, 1917, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to Richard Albert and Edith Henry Andrews Lynch.  After graduation from Scottsbluff High School in 1935, she married M. Corwin Moon of Mitchell, Nebraska on September 6, 1936.  They worked on the Moon family farm until moving to Nampa in 1957.   She worked as a homemaker and in 1968 began work as a cook at Midland Manor Nursing Home, retiring from there in 1984.  She was active in the Nampa First Christian Church and its Christian Women's Fellowship.  She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Corwin of Nampa; three sons, Stephen Richard Moon of Des Moines, WA, Michael Corwin Moon of Lewiston, ID, and Leslie Robert Moon of Bremerton, WA; a daughter, Glenda Marie Warren of Everett, WA; two brothers, Philip Andrews Lynch of Ukiah, CA, Richard Alden Lynch of Gering, NE; and a sister, Elizabeth Josephine Memory of Lower Lake, CA.  She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister.
    Memorials may be made to the Women's Christian Fellowship of Nampa First Christian Church, 619 12th Ave. S., Nampa, ID 83651.
