Roscoe B. Norton
    PARMA - Services for Roscoe B. Norton, 80, of Parma, who died Tuesday at a Nyssa, Ore., nursing home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Parma's Dakan Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Paul Yadon of the United Pentecostal Church.  Interment will be at the Parma cemetery.
    Mr. Norton was born on March 21, 1894, in Mount Vernon, Mo., and was reared in Missouri.  He married Mabel Bennett on June 22, 1933, in Lynnwood. Mo., and the couple moved to Parma in 1934.  They since had lived in Parma.  He worked as a carpenter until retiring in 1972.
    He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge in Missouri.
    Surviving in addition to Mrs. Norton are five sons, Milo and Harold Norton, both of Oak Harbor, Wash., William, Garden Grove, Calif., Richard, Boise, and Joe Russell Norton, San Mateo, Calif.; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
