Marcella Parkins
Marcella L. Parkins, 76, of Caldwell, died Saturday, Feb.
26, 1994, at home of natural causes. Graveside
services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 1994, at
the Roswell Cemetery. Services are under the direction
of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Family and friends
are asked to gather at the cemetery.
Mrs. Parkins was born Feb. 11, 1918, in Roodhouse, Illinois,
where she was reared and educated. She spent most of
her life there until the death of her husband, David Francis
Parkins, in 1978. Upon retiring from Kishwaukee
Community Hospital she moved to Idaho to be near her family.
She is survived by her daughter,
Peggy L. Mott of Nampa; her grandchildren and spouses, David
and Diane Shelton of Arizona, David and Patti Armstrong of
Boise, Kendall Mott of Homedale, Ken Jr. and Angie Mott of
Nampa, Sonya Mott of Logan, Utah; her great-grandchildren,
Cortni and Tyler Armstrong, Katrina and Nikki Mott, Justin
and Kayla Mott, and Kylie Mott.
In
addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her
son-in-law, Ken Mott Sr., and her grandson, David Mott.
