Lee E. Moore
    NAMPA - Funeral services for Lee Everett Moore, 88, formerly of Nampa Route 4, who died Friday at a Nampa nursing home following an extended illness, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
    The Rev. Alvin L. McQuay, associate pastor of College Church of the Nazarene, will officiate. Interment will follow at Kohlerlawn Cemetery.
    Mr. Moore was born Aug. 6, 1883, near Georgetown, Ohio, in a log cabin.  He was reared at Richfield, Kan., and later became a rancher there.  He then went into the mercantile business there, and was also postmaster.  In 1925, he became the county clerk of Morton County, Kan., a position which he held until his retirement in 1939, at which time he moved to Nampa, Idaho.
    He was married to Ersula Fox on July 3, 1907, at La Harpe, Kan.  She preceded him in death on March 18, 1965.
    Mr. Moore had been a member of the Church of the Nazarene for more than 50 years, and was presently a member of College Church of the Nazarene.
    He is survived by four sons, Wendell W. Moore of Nampa, Samuel F. Moore of Nampa, Robert W. Moore of Nampa, and Daniel L. Moore, also of Nampa; one daughter, Mrs. Shiela Clark Miller, of Nampa; and by 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, and by one sister, Mrs. Effie Barker, in addition to his wife.
