Lucy Mitchell     PARMA - Services for Lucy F. Mitchell, 85, of Parma Route 2, who died Monday at a Caldwell nursing home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Wayne Wardwell.  Internment will be at the Parma Cemetery.     She was born April 2, 1887 in Fairbury, Neb., and married Charles Mitchell in1914 in Caldwell.  She came to Parma in the early 1900s and attended school there.  She was along-time member of the Parma Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Ruby Rebekah Lodge No. 49 for over 67 years.     Survivors include a son, Bruce Mitchell of Boise; a sister, Susan Blenis of Springfield, Ore.; and several nieces and nephews.  Her husband preceded her in death in 1944.
