M. Meyer, 63, Nampa, who died
Thursday, June 28, at a
Nampa
hospital, will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday at Flahiff
Funeral Chapel of Nampa. Mass
of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at
St. Paul's Catholic Church.
The Rev, Merle J.
Fisher will be the celebrant. Interment will follow at
Mt.
Calvary
Cemetery,
Nampa.
She was born May
20, 1921, at Cambridge. Neb., to Elizabeth and Joseph Boltz and was reared and
educated in
Nebraska.
She worked as a
riveter in aircraft factories during WW II.
She married Robert
C. Meyer on October 17, 1944, at North
Platte, Neb., and they lived in Nebraska,
Wyoming, South Dakota
and Idaho
where he worked in construction.
They moved to
Nampa
in the spring of 1961 where she had since resided and worked
for a few years as the housekeeper at
St. Paul's parish house.
He died March 15,
1966. She was a
member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
She is survived
by three sons, Robert J. Meyer,
Omaha, Neb., Ken R. Meyer, Caldwell, and Donald E.
Meyer, Dixie; two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Sorrell,
Summersville, Mo., and Barbara Evans, Nampa; two brothers,
Cyril Boltz, North Platte, and Robert Boltz, Bushnell, Neb.;
one sister, Miss Florence Boltz, North Platte; and thirteen
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in
death by her parents, husband, two brothers and one
grandson.
Memorials may be made to a special memorial fund for Mrs.
Meyer, in care of Barbara
Evans, 132 Florence,
Nampa, or
flowers may be sent.
Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Nampa
today from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m., on Monday from 9 a.m. to 9
p.m., and on Tuesday until 10:30 a.m.
