Services for
David Miles, 73, of Wilder, who died Saturday, Oct. 5, in a
Twin Falls Hospital,
will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Flahiff Funeral
Chapel, Caldwell. The
Rev. Frank Price of the Wilder Free
Holiness
Church
will officiate. Interment
will follow at the
Wilder Cemetery.
Mr. Miles was
born on Aug. 24, 1912, at
Fillmore County, Neb. He
was reared and educated in Nebraska
graduating from
Geneva High School in 1929.
He married Mary Ann
Keller on Aug. 1, 1964, at Elko, Nev.
He was a member of
the First United
Methodist
Church, Wilder, I.O.O.F. Lodge,
Wilder, and Caldwell Elks B.P.O.E. 1448.
He is survived by
his wife of Wilder; three daughters, Doneta Baca of
Prescott, Ariz., Cleone Morris of Freeburg, Ill., and Alice
White of Boca Raton, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Wilma Hodge of
Caldwell; and two stepsons Allen Keller of New Plymouth and
Henry Keller of Elgin, Okla.; two brothers, Floyd Miles of
Madras, Ore., and Charles Miles of Ontario, Ore.; a sister,
Evelyn Amen of Lincoln, Neb.; 10 grandchildren, 11
step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and 15
step-great-grandchildren ; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was
preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Memorials may be
made to the Elk's Rehabilitation Hospital, 204 Fort Place, Boise, Idaho.
Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel,
Caldwell, today until 8 p.m.
The family will
receive friends today between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
