Anita Milburn     Anita Milburn, 57, of Middleton, died Saturday, July 8, 1995, at home of cancer.  Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, at Knowlton Heights Cemetery, Caldwell.  Friends may call today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.     She was born Aug. 29, 1937.  She was married May 29, 1955, in Reno, Nev.     She is survived by her husband, 10 children, 10 grandchildren, six sons-in-law, and many loving friends and family.     She was preceded in death by her parents and four sons.
