Ada Lake     Ada F. Lake, 77, Parma, a homemaker, died Wednesday in a Nyssa, Ore. hospital.  Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the Nyssa Lienkamper Chapel.  Interment will follow in Parma Cemetery.
