James McMilian     Services for James Daniel McMillan, 48, of Nampa, who died Sunday, Nov. 4, 1990, at Caldwell, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  The Rev. Tim Wells of the Notus Baptist Church will officiate.  Interment will follow at the Wilder Cemetery.     Mr. McMillan was born Sept. 27, 1942, in Nampa, a son of Isome and Anna Lucille Warner McMillan.  He was reared and educated in Wilder and lived most of his life in the Nampa/Caldwell area.     He is survived by his wife, Barbara; a son, James William McMillan of Caldwell; a daughter, Paula Kay McMillan of Caldwell; two stepsons, Rick Chilton of Boise and Dan Chilton of Nampa; his mother, Lucille Jenkins of Weiser; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Chilton; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.     Friends may call today until 8 p.m. at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
