MARSING — Requiem
mass for Mrs. Emaline (Quintana) McConnell, 57, of Box 231,
Marsing , who died suddenly from a stroke in a Boise
hospital Friday, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at
the St Paul's Catholic Church
with Rev. Fr. Paul Flynn, S.M., as celebrant.
Interment will
follow in the Mt. Calvary
Cemetery.
Rosary devotions
will be recited at p.m. tonight at the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. McConnell
was born Nov. 18, 1918, at
Sinker Creek, Idaho, near Murphy where she was reared on a
ranch. She resided
there until she was about 16 years old when she moved to
Murphy. She later
moved to Jordan Creek
near Jordan Valley, Ore„ and then to Marsing.
She was married to
Harold McConnell March of 1938 at Murphy.
They have lived in
Marsing since they were married.
She was a member of
the St. Paul's Catholic
Church, Nampa.
She is survived
by her husband, Harold McConnell, Marsing; one son, Edward
McConnell, Caldwell; two brothers, Jim Quintana, Portland,
Ore., and Mitchell Quintana, Homedale; one sister, Mrs.
Pearl Panzeri, Marsing, and by two grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her parents, three sisters and one brother.
