Richard Kochenower Richard N. Kochenower, 71, of Melba, died March 29, 1992, at his home.  Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 1992, at the Melba Cemetery, Melba, Idaho.  Services are under the direction of Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
