Services for Paul
J. Law, 74, of Caldwell, who died Thursday, March 19, at
home of natural causes, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at
the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.

Methodist
Church
will officiate. Burial
will follow at the
Wilder Cemetery, Wilder.
Mr. Law, a
retired farmer, was born Feb. 3, 1913, in the Greenleaf
community to David Hays and Pearl Green Law.
He moved with his
family to Culver, Ore., and back to Wilder.
He attended elementary schools in
Oregon
and Idaho and graduated
from Wilder High School
in 1931. He
attended the College of Idaho
and farmed in the Fair Acres community near Greenleaf and in
the Wilder and Culver communities.
He married Wilma
Gahley on Oct. 22, 1938. They
had lived in the Fair Acres community since their marriage.
He was a
member of the Caldwell Elks Lodge No. 1448 for 39 years and
a member of the Wilder Odd Fellows Lodge for 53 years.
He is survived by
his wife of Fair Acres; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert
and Gloria Law of Wilder; two brothers, Denver Law of Apache
Junction, Ariz., and David
H. Law Jr. of
Redmond,
Ore.; a sister, Gladys Bishop of
Melba; a grandson, Tyler Law of Wilder; six nephews; and two
nieces. He was
preceded in death by his parents, a daughter and a brother.
The family
suggests memorials to the Wilder United
Methodist
Church
or the West Valley Medical
Center hospice program.
Friends may
call at the Flahiff chapel in
Caldwell
from 1 to 6 p.m. today and from 8 to 9 a.m. Monday.
