Services for Edna
Rockwood Law, 93, of Wilder, who died Tuesday, Nov. 3, at a
Boise nursing home of natural causes, will be held at 10:30
a.m. Saturday at the Wilder United Methodist Church.
The Rev. James D.
Crego of Payette will officiate.
Burial will follow
at the Roswell
Cemetery, under the direction of Dakan
Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Mrs. Law was born Jan. 1, 1894, at Garden City,
Minn., to A.J. and Mary Dilly
Rockwood. She came
to Roswell
with her family in September 1900.
She attended schools
at Roswell and graduated from Roswell High School.
She married Henry
W. Stark Jan. 1, 1914. He
died June 27, 1914.
She graduated from College of Idaho
in 1924 and taught school at
Roswell
and Wilder.
She married Isaac H. Law Dec. 2, 1933.
They farmed in the
Wilder area until his death May 31, 1971.
She had continued
to live in Wilder since that time.
She was a member
of the Wilder
United
Methodist
Church; a charter member of
Charity Rebekah Lodge No. 75 of Wilder; the Women's Study
Club of Wilder; and the Daughters of the American
Revolution.
She is survived by a son, Henry W. Stark of
Boise; a sister, Eunice Billingsley of Boise; three
granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by two brothers and a sister.
Memorials may be
made to Wilder
United
Methodist
Church
in care of Dakan Funeral Chapel,
P.O. Box 1336, Caldwell 83606.
Friends may call
at the Caldwell Dakan chapel Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
