"Eva" was first married to Ernest Dickson Franks.
He died 5 September, 1941 and is buried in
Canyon Hill Cemetery.  They were married
29 April, 1918 in Caldwell.




Eva M. Maybon

    Mrs. Evalena Marie Maybon 61, of Nyssa, Route 1, a longtime resident of Caldwell, died Wednesday evening in a local hospital after an extended illness.
     Mrs. Maybon was born Nov. 5, 1902 in New Market, Iowa, and moved with her family to Caldwell in 1905.  She attended schools here and was married July 19, 1943 in Emmett to Bernel Maybon.  She was employed for eight years at the Idaho Department Store, and also worked at the Glen L. Evans Company and at J.C. Penney Store before she returned four years ago and moved to the Nyssa area.  Mr. Maybon died August 17, 1963 in Nyssa.
   
She is survived by three sons, H. W. Franks of Mountain Home, Pete Franks of Nyssa and Stanley Franks of Pendleton, Ore; two sisters, Mrs. Nanny Kershner of Alder Creek Nev., and Mrs. Eunice Raymond of Compton, Calif.; and 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
    Services will be conducted at the Flahiff Chapel at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Kenneth Armstrong will officiate and interment will be at Wilder.
    Pallbearers will be Steve, Bill, Tim, Dick, Pud and David Franks, grandsons.
