Dorothy Lawson

    Dorothy Lawson Dorothy Mae Lawson, 57, of Middleton, died Friday, May 11, 1990, at a Caldwell hospital of natural causes.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 14, at the Middleton Cemetery, Middleton.  The Rev. Letha Essinger of the United Methodist Church, New Meadows, Idaho, will officiate.  Services are under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Mrs. Lawson was born Oct. 7, 1932, at Nora, Neb., the daughter of Wallace and Leona Quick McNichols.  She moved to Middleton with her family as a small child where she was reared and educated and had since resided.  She married Jack Lawson on May 29, 1951, at Middleton.  She had worked for the Middleton School District for 17 years as superintendent of food services.
    Survivors include her husband, Jack of Middleton; 3 sons, Mike Lawson, Ted Lawson and Richard Lawson, all of Middleton; 2 brothers, Lloyd McNichols of Klamath Falls, Ore. and Junior McNichols of Eugene, Ore.; her mother Leona Frain of Middleton, and six grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Lyle.
    The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Mountain States Tumor Institute, 151 E. Bannock, Boise, Idaho, 83712.
