Albert Kurz

    Private family graveside services for Albert W. Kurz, 77, of Nampa Route 5, who died Friday, Oct. 22, at Poplar Bluff, Mo., will be conducted Wednesday at Greenleaf Cemetery by Chaplain William W. Huffman, U.S.N., retired, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Nampa.
    He was born April 18, 1905, at Scribner, Neb., and was reared and attended schools at Scribner and Poplar Bluff.  He married Mary Alice St. Clair Oct. 18, 1930, at Poplar Bluff.  They made their home in Missouri until moving to Idaho in 1945.  He was a retired carpenter and farmer.
    He is survived by his wife of Nampa; four daughters, Margaret Critcher, Kuna, Martha Williamson, Burlington, Wash., Ruth Thomas, Caldwell, and Janet Petersen, Pasadena, Calif.; one son, Bob Kurz, Nampa; three brothers, Elmer Kurz, W.H. (Bud) Kurz, and Leroy Kurz, all of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Vera Sparkman, Poplar Bluff; 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
    Memorials may be given to the heart fund in care of Flahiff Chapel.
