Arvilla Leman

    PENDLETON, Ore. - Arvilla Loyd Leman, 54, of Pendleton, a longtime Parma resident, died Tuesday in a Pendleton hospital.
    Graveside services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday at Parma Cemetery.  Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. (PDT) Friday at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Pendleton.
    She was born on June 11, 1920, in Solomon. Kan.  She lived in the Parma-Wilder area for 27 years before moving to Eastern Oregon, where she had resided for the past seven years.  She had been employed as a cook in several restaurants.
    Surviving are two sons. Russell M. Loyd, Burley, and Charles J. Loyd, Pendleton; a brother, Herbert H. Bowrin, in Idaho; three sisters, Hazel Williams, Springfield, Ore., Viola Hayden, Greensburg, Pal, and Ruby Crook, Salina, Kan.; a grandson and several nieces and nephews.
