Anthony H. Kratzberg     PARMA - Graveside services for Anthony H. Kratzberg, 81, Parma, who died Monday at a Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Parma Cemetery by 100F Lodge No. 55.       He was born Oct. 6, 1894, at Lawrence, Kan.  He came to Idaho in 1911 and farmed.  He was a World War I veteran.     He was a member of IOOF Lodge N. 55, Parma.     Surviving are three brothers, George, Caldwell, Carl, Wendell, and John, New Mexico; and a sister, Francis Kratzberg, Nyssa.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Fred.     Friends may call Thursday evening at Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
