Robert C. Meyer

     Requiem mass for Robert C. Meyer, 53, Nampa Route 3, who died Tuesday at his home, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Father W. Thomas Jones, S.M., celebrant. Rosary devotions will be recited at 8 tonight at Shepherd Mortuary Chapel. The cortege will leave the chapel at 10:50 a.m. Saturday for St. Paul's Church. Interment will be at Mount Calvary.
    He was born Dec. 25, 1912, at Palmyra, Mo. He was raised and attended schools there. He married Geneva Boltz in October, 1944, at North Platte, Neb. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in Wyoming, South Dakota and Idaho, and had lived in Nampa for the past four years. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
     Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. William Sorell of Wilder, and Barbara K. Meyer of Nampa; three sons, Robert J. Meyer, U.S.N. stationed near Viet Nam, Kenneth R. Meyer and Donald E. Meyer, both of Nampa; seven sisters, Mrs. Mary Boehl, Mrs. Barbara Reed, Mrs. Frances Rupp and Mrs. Elizabeth Lake, all of Quincy, Ill., Mrs. Lena Arundel of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Gertrude Bowman of Hannibal, Mo., and Mrs. Laddie Marshell of Bellville, Mo., four brothers, William, Charles and Russell Meyer, all of Palmyra, and Elmer Meyer of Quincy.
