Harriet O. Sturgeon

    CALDWELL — Services for Miss Harriet O. Sturgeon, 85, 114 E. Logan, Caldwell, who died Monday in a Caldwell hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Peckham-Dakar-Davis Chapel here with the Rev. Robert A. Reed, officiating. Interment will be in Canyon Hill.
She was born Nov. 13, 1880, at Gibson, Iowa. She lived at Clarion, Iowa for a time, then went to Ft. Morgan, Colo. She came to Caldwell 50 years ago. She worked for the Oaks Mercantile Company for a time, and later worked for the Golden Rule Store, now the Idaho Department Store, until she retired.
    She was a member of the Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church of the P.E.O. Chapter F.
    Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. James Dodge of Schenectady, N. Y., and Mrs. Ralph W. Lindsay of Kalamazoo, Mich., and a brother, Col. J. H. Sturgeon of Monterey, Calif. Friends may call at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel until the hour of service.
