Feliciano De Luna     NAMPA - Requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Paul's Catholic Church for Feliciano De Luna, 40, of 1506 First Street North, who died Dec. 25.     He was born June 9, 1926, at Kenwood, Tex.     Survivors include his father, Catarino De Luna of Eagle Pass, Tex.     Interment will be in Mt. Calvary under the direction of Shepherd Chapel.
