Mounce Bowman died at the age of 72
years, 1 month and 10 days at his home twelve miles west of
Caldwell, in Lower Dixie, January 26. Mr. Bowman was
born near Nashville, TN on 16 Dec 1843 and lived there until
seven years of age, when he emigrated with his father's family
to MO. Mr. Bowman crossed the plains to Idaho in '64.
He has always lived near Caldwell and vicinity. He was
twice married, and had two children by his first marriage and
4 by the last. Mr. Bowman leaves to mourn his loss, his
wife and five children. |
