Free Death Certificate Sent Upon Request

 

O.L. Phillips of Middleton died Monday as the result of a horse's kick. Mr. Phillips had been unconscious for six days before his death, recovering consciousness for only a few minutes. Interment took place in the Middleton cemetery. The funeral was conducted by the Odd Fellows and under the direction of the Jones Furniture Co. Mr. Phillips leaves a wife and three grown children.
