Elmer Wickham      NAMPA — Graveside services for Elmer Wickham, 74, of 472 Caldwell Blvd., Nampa, who died Tuesday at a Nampa nursing home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens by the Rev. James O. York Sr., Nampa First Christian Church. The cortege will leave Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa, at, 1:45 p.m.     He was born Oct. 25, 1904, at Boise. He was reared and educated at Meridian. He moved to Nampa in 1924, where he farmed all his life.     Surviving are three brothers, Warnie of Jefferson, Ore., Roy of Boise and Frank of Pendleton, Ore.; a sister, Mrs. Emily Clapp of Nyssa, Ore.; and several nieces and nephews.
