Vernon Swartz      Vernon Swartz, 43, of Nampa, died Wednesday, June 5, 1996, in Mountain Home.  Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, at Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa.  Funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Nampa.  Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Nampa.
