Margaret Stoltenberg

    Margaret Bertha Stoltenberg, 90, of Parma, died Tuesday, March 5, 1996, at home of natural causes.  Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 1996, at the Lower Boise Cemetery, near Parma.  Don Hardenbrook, Associate Pastor of the Oregon Trail Church of God, Caldwell, will officiate.  Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
    Mrs. Stoltenberg was born Margaret Bertha Fisch on. October 27, 1905, in Friedeberg, Germany.  She came to the United States in 1925 and settled in Pierret, South Dakota.  She later moved to Boise, Idaho, where she met and married Henry Stoltenberg, who was also a German immigrant.  They were married in 1932.  They lived and farmed in and around Parma.  In 1955; they were able to build their dream home, where she had since resided.  She died at her home with her beloved daughter Maria and her son Fred at her side.
    Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Fred O. and Peggy Stoltenberg, now living in Parma; a daughter, Maria Speilmann of Boise; a daughter and son-in-law, Dora and Rudy Roseto of Auburn, Washington; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband in 1973, and her sisters, Mary and Emma.
    Friends may call at the Dakan Funeral Chapel of Parma from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday.
