Alice Snider

     Rosary for Alice C. Snider, 64, of Caldwell, who died Sunday, Aug. 10, at a Boise hospital following an extended illness, will be held at 8 p.m. today at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Caldwell, with Father John Koelsch celebrating.  Burial will follow in the Middleton Cemetery.
    Mrs. Snider was born Aug. 8, 1922, to Walter and Cecilia Schlick at Wood River, Neb., and was reared and educated there.
    She married Bill Snider Dec. 12, 1943, at Sidney, Neb. They lived in Wyoming and various other states due to her husband's work.
    In 1948, they moved to Eagle and in 1959 moved to the Caldwell area and had spent most of their married life there.
    She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Caldwell.
    She is survived by her husband of Caldwell; three sisters, Leona Folwell of Boise, Marie Lewis of Manhattan, Kans., and Sister Norma Schlick of Concordia. Kans.; a brother, Ted Schlick of Chadron, Neb.; and several nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta.
    Memorials may be made to the Mountain States Tumor Institute, 151 E. Bannock, Boise 83712.
    Friends may call at the Caldwell Dakan chapel today from 4 to 9 p.m.
