William 'Bill' Hall

    William "Bill" Raymond Hall, 90, of Melba, died Monday, February 10, 1997, at home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 15, 1997, at 1 p.m., at Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa, with burial following at the Melba City Cemetery.  Public viewing will be held today, Friday, until 9 p.m.
    Bill was born February 16, 1906, at Taylor, Nebraska, to Guy and Viola Hall.  He attended school in Taylor and Sergeant, Nebraska.  He married Marguerite Torske September 30, 1935, in Kearney, Nebraska.  
    He worked for the Burlington m Railroad in Nebraska and moved to Idaho in 1936 and farmed to the present time.  He was on the Opaline Irrigation Water Board for numerous years and an Honorary Member of the Marsing Rod and Gun Club.  He loved hunting, trapshooting, farm auctions and his cows.
    He is survived by his wife, Marguerite; a daughter and son-in-law Nona and Howard Donaldson; a son and daughter- in-law, Jay and Pam Hall at the family farm; grandchildren, Kay and Cello Brouse, Bill Donaldson, Jason and Carissa Hall; greatgrandson Devan Brouse.
    He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, his parents, two sisters, and two brothers.
    Memorials may be made to the Marsing Ambulance Fund.
    Services are under the direction of Person-Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
