Services for Willard Wesley Honeycutt, 69, Caldwell Route 1,
who died Saturday, Oct. 6, in Stockton, Calif., will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Flahiff Funeral Chapel,
Caldwell.
The Rev. Jack Honeycutt of Victorville, Calif., will
officiate. Interment will follow in Middleton Cemetery, with
military honors by VFW Post 3886, Caldwell, and Post 3465,
Nampa.
Mr. Honeycutt was born March 10, 1915, in Van Buren, Mo.,
a son of Theodore C. and Lelia B. Shelton Honeycutt. He was
educated in the Van Buren area, and on Aug. 6, 1935, he
married Helen M. Roe at Buckner, Mo. The couple made their
home in Buckner. He was a general laborer and worked for
several different companies throughout the years.
In 1965, the couple moved to Caldwell, and in 1979, he
retired. From 1982, the couple lived both in Caldwell and
Stockton for medical treatment.
He is survived by his wife of Caldwell; four sons, Raymond
C. and Richard L. Honeycutt, both of Caldwell, Willard W.
Honeycutt Jr. of St. Louis, Mo., and James R. Honeycutt of
Donnely; two daughters, Opal C. Sears of Stockton and Roberta
J. Blackwell of Tracy, Calif.; four brothers, Otto J., Edward
L. and Ernest Honeycutt, all of Winona, Mo., and the Rev. Jack
Honeycutt of Victorville; two sisters, May Williams of Winona,
and Lola Shivers of Rolla, Mo.; 24 grandchildren, 26
great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by his parents, a daughter and a grandson

tonight and Friday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. |
