Graveside services
for Stanley C. Jackson, 64, of Vancouver, Wash., who died
Thursday, Nov. 12, at his home in Vancouver, will be held at
10 a.m. Monday at the Parma Cemetery, Parma.
Graveside rites
will be by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Divin-Sloneker Post,
Melba, under the direction of the Dakan Funeral Chapel,
Caldwell. Mr.
Jackson was born Dec. 2, 1922, at
Portland,
Ore., to Marvin and Myrtle Jackson.
He had served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He moved to Vancouver in August of 1951.
He was office manager and bookkeeper for Tide Water
Barge Lines at
Vancouver
for 21 years. For the
past 15 years, he was co-owner and operator of Jackson Shields
Income Tax Service at Vancouver.
He is survived by
his wife, Rebecca, of Vancouver, two sons, Ellis Jackson of
Camas, Wash., and Greg Jackson of Washougal, Wash.; a
daughter, Kim Moyer of Salem, Ore.; his father Marvin T.
Jackson of Portland; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in
death by his mother.
