Scott Andre Harder,
35, of Nampa, died Sunday, June 18, 1995, at the Hagelin
Hospice House in Nampa. Vigil Services will be held at 7:30
p.m. Wednesday, June 21, at Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel,
Nampa. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m.
Thursday, June 22, at St. Paul's Catholic Church by the Rev.
Father Paul Mathews, S.M. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary
Cemetery, Nampa.
Scott was born Sept. 10, 1959, at Edmonton, Alberta,
Canada, a son of Keith and June Rivett Harder. He was raised
and attended schools in Nampa, graduating with honors from
Nampa High School. Scott attended Boise State College for two
years on scholarships for his artistic talents. He was an
accomplished pianist, a bilingualist with four years of French
language and he sang with the choir at St. John's Cathedral in
Boise. He was very strong in his religious beliefs and at one
time was a member of a Catholic Brotherhood. His last ten
years were spent working with health care groups, including
Mercy Medical Center and later First Health Service Groups.
Scott was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, A.
"Red" and Georgia Rivett, with whom he spent much time helping
them and caring for them. Now he is with them again.
He is survived by his parents, Keith and June Harder of
Nampa; a brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Pat Harder and
their five children of Boise; a sister and brother-in-law,
Dana and Roger Marose and their one child of Nampa; numerous
uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He will truly be missed.

Hospice House, 424 13th Ave. S., Nampa, 83651, or flowers may
