GREENLEAF - Graveside services
for Oren I. Winslow, 69, of Caldwell Route 2, who died Tuesday
at his home, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at
Greenleaf Cemetery by the Rev Paul Goins of the Greenleaf
Friends Church.. The cortege will leave Flahiff Funeral Chapel
at 2:15 p.m.
Mr. Winslow was born June 4, 1906, in Bangor, Iowa, and moved
to Greenleaf in 1910. He married Anna Roedel Oct. 25, 1935, in
Greenleaf. He had farmed in Greenleaf since that time.
He was a member of the Greenleaf Friends Church, Pleasant
Ridge Grange No. 135, Pomona Grange No. 4, the Idaho State
Grange and the National Grange.
Surviving are his wife of Greenleaf, a son, Arlande C Winslow
of Sunnydale, Calif., a daughter, Linda A Wheeler of Caldwell,
a brother, Marion of King City, Ore., eight grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a
sister.
Memorials may be made to the Greenleaf Friends Academy. |
