Nellie M. Ireland

    MIDDLETON—Services for Nellie M. Ireland, 72, Caldwell Route 1, who died Sunday in a Caldwell nursing home, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Flahifff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, by the Rev. Wendell Brandom of the First Baptist Church of Middleton.
   
Interment will be at Middleton Cemetery.     She was born on July 5, 1903, in Wheatland, Mo., and was reared and educated at Bridgeport, Neb. She married Leigh E.. Ireland on Sept. 12, 1926, in Bridgeport. The couple lived in Bridgeport until moving to Donnelly in 1944. Latter that year they came to Middleton, where they have since resided.
   
She was a member of Rebekah Pansy Lodge No. 37 of Middleton, of which she was past noble grand; Middleton Grange No. 6; Canyon County Pomona Grange No. 4; Indoor and Outdoor Sports Club of Boise Valley; and of the First Baptist Church of Middleton.
   
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Stella Ward, Garden Valley, Idaho, and Grace Schroeder, Liberal, Kan.; a brother, Ernest C. Mitchell, in California; two sisters, Inez Hall, Bridgeport, and Bessie Grubbs, Rogers, Ark.; 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters.
