Nancy L. Howard

    CALDWELL - Services for Nancy L. Howard, 32, Caldwell Route 6, who died Tuesday at a Caldwell hospital after a short illness, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Caldwell Friends Church by the Rev. Don Brown of the Nampa Friends Church.
    Assisting will be the Rev. Glenn Armstrong, Caldwell Friends Church, the Rev. John Baxter, retired Friends minister and the Rev. Allen Cole, Ontario Baptist Church.  Interment will be at Greenleaf Cemetery.
    She was born on Nov. 29, 1942, in La Grande, Ore., where she was reared and educated.  She married Charles R. Howard on August 31, 1962, in Caldwell.  The couple lived in Boise and Seattle before settling in Caldwell.
   She attended the Caldwell Friends Church.
    Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Trina Marie, at home; her parents, Lee McElvain, Woodland, Wash., and Kay McElroy, La Grande, Ore.; her maternal grandfather, Walter J. Waldie, La Grande; and a sister, Lois Mack, in California.
    Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, until 9 p.m. Friday and until noon Saturday.
    Memorials may be given to the John Douglas orphanage foundation in care of Mr. Howard, or a favorite charity.
