NAMPA
– Rosary for Lucas N. Lopez, 89, 1711 1st. St. N.,
who died Wednesday in a Nampa hospital, will be recited at 8
tonight at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa. Mass will be
celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s Catholic Church
by Rev. Paul J. Flynn. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary
Cemetery, Nampa.
He was born Oct. 18, 1886, in Concepcion, Tex., and was
reared in Texas. He married Francisca Ramirez Oct. 13, 1915,
in Karnes City, Tex., and they lived there until moving to
Nampa in 1945.
He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Nampa; two sons, Isidro Blackel,
Nampa and John Anlanio, Portland; a daughter, Elisa Fuentes,
Portland; 20 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He
was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters. |
