Lucille Kelly

    L. Lucille Buckallew Kelly, 72, of Caldwell, died Wednesday, March 11, 1992, at a Caldwell care center.  Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, March 13, at 2 p.m. at the Melba Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    Lucille was born April 14, 1919, to Ora and Arnie Saner Stokes at Stahl, Missouri, where she was reared and educated.  She married Millard Buckallew in December of 1937 and they made their home in Montana before moving to the Melba area where they farmed.  They were later divorced.  She married Hubert Kelly in 1957 and they were later divorced.
    She loved oil painting and the outdoors.  She enjoyed the time that she spent as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
    She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Janice and Bill DeMeyer of Caldwell, and Donna Wertzbaugher of Greeley, Colorado; four sisters, Oleta Vogelson, Mary Spoljaric, Ruby Hasselbring, all of Melba, and Eva Todd of Beaverton, Oregon; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, and three brothers.
    Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel today from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until noon.
