Inez
D. Johnson, 85, of Homedale,
Idaho, formerly of Caldwell, Idaho,
passed away Friday, August 16, 1996, at Roes Country Manor,
Homedale, of Natural causes.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August
19, 1996, at
Wilder
Cemetery.
Inez
was born January 24, 1911, in Wayne County, Iowa, the daughter
of Frank and Mary Duskin Boyles.
At age ten she moved
to Idaho with her family, settling in the
Marsing area. She grew
up and attended schools in Marsing.
Inez
married Kenneth Johnson May 5, 1941.
They worked and raised
their family in the Marsing area.
Inez worked for the
Marsing school lunch program and she and Kenneth ran the Rose
Haven Cafe in Marsing for several years.
Inez also worked for
several nursing homes in
Caldwell
and retired in 1973.
Inez was a very generous and giving person.
She always put others
before herself and made many sacrifices for her family.
Inez
enjoyed going fishing with her husband Kenneth and going to
see and visit friends. She
loved having her grandchildren stay with her.
Inez
is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Duskin and Ann
Johnson of Boise; Terry and Carol Johnson of Caldwell; four
grandchildren, Carlene, Dusty, Michelle and Darr, and four
great grandchildren, Tyler and Kaycee and Heather and Clay.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, a brother
and her parents.
The family would like to express thanks to Roes Country
Manor employees for the tender loving care they extended to
Inez during the time she resided there.
