Services for Henry J. Kindall, 82, Middleton, who died
Friday, Oct. 5 at home of natural causes will be conducted
at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Valley United Pentacostal
Church, Caldwell, by Pastor Norman Rutzen.
Interment will
follow at the Middleton Cemetery
under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Mr. Kindall, a retired carpenter, was born Jan. 26, 1902 at
Basin Springs,
Texas, to Harvey J. and Almeda
Raynor Kindall. He
was reared at Harrison. Ark., and moved
to Meridian
in 1918. He farmed
with his father and brothers in the
Ontario
and Nyssa areas.
He married Eileene Eldora Jensen at Ontario on Nov. 10, 1931.
They resided at
Nyssa where they farmed. In
1938, they moved to Middleton where he worked as a carpenter
for various contractors and himself.
He retired from
full-time carpentry in 1967.
During the winters he was a fur trapper until two
years ago.
He was a member of the Nampa First Assembly of God
Church and served on the board of deacons for several years.
He had served on the
Middleton City Council for two terms.
He had attended the Valley United
Pentacostal
Church,
Caldwell.
He
is survived by his wife, Eileene, Middleton; three sons, H.
LaVon Kindall, Juneau, Alaska, Conley Kindall, Middleton,
and Richard Kindall, Boise; two daughters, Carol Oswald,
Middleton, and Mary Stagg, Tulsa, Okla.; three brothers,
Kirby Kindall, Caldwell, Bennie Kindall, Caldwell and
Charlie Kindall, Cambridge; one sister, Donna Amadon, Boise;
13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was
preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two
sisters.
The family suggests memorials to Alaskan Youth Village
in care of Rev. H. LaVon Kindall, Post Office Box 2883, Juneau, Alaska, 99803.
