NAMPA – Ernesto
Montini, 87, of Nampa Route 3, died yesterday at a Nampa
hospital.
He was born March 26, 1876, in Italy. He came to the
Silver City area in Owyhee County in 1903. He homesteaded on a
ranch in 1909 near Murphy where he lived until 1956, when he
retired and moved to Nampa Route 3.
He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors include a brother, Zaccaria Montini, Nampa; and
a sister and several nieces and nephews in Italy.
Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday in the Shepherd
Mortuary. Requiem high mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday at
St. Paul's Catholic Church, the Rev. Fr. James Pratt
celebrant. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. The
cortege will leave the Shepherd Mortuary at 9:50 a.m. for the
church. |
