Bessie Hall

    Graveside services for Bessie H. Hall, 86, of Nampa, who died Monday, Aug. 18, at a Boise care center, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Melba Cemetery.  The Rev. Terence Erbele, pastor of the Kuna United Methodist Church will officiate.  Friends may meet at the cemetery.  Services and burial are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    Mrs. Hall was born on Nov. 5, 1899, at Greenwood, Neb., to Charles and Ida Mae Hurlbut Campbell.  She was reared and, educated in Nebraska.
    She married Stanley Steven Hall on Nov. 6, 1918, at Neligh, Neb.  They lived in Nebraska until moving to Nampa in 1937.  They farmed in Nampa and Kuna and in 1948 moved to Melba where they continued farming..  They retired in 1963 and made their home in Melba.  Mr. Hall died on Oct. 4, 1973.  In 1976 she returned to Nampa and remained there until the time of her death.
    She is survived by one son,: Derrill "Mike" Hall and his wife, Helen, of Nampa; two daughters, Pat (Mrs. Ralph) Toney of Boise and Marie (Mrs. William) Moore of Cambridge; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by one son, Don Willis Hall, who died on July 9, 1973; five sisters; five brothers; four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
    Friends may call at the Alsip. Funeral Chapel today until 9 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Program, in care of Mercy Medical Center, 1512 12th Ave. Rd. Nampa 83651; the Elks Rehabilitation Hospital, 204 Fort Place, Boise 83702; or flowers may be sent.
