Services for Betty L. Fox, 55, of 711 Sixth St., Parma, who
died Thursday, May 24, at a Boise hospital of natural (causes)
will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Kirkpatrick
Memorial Community Church of Parma. The Rev. Wallace Vos
of the United Pentacostal Church of Parma will officiate.
Interment will be at the Parma Cemetery under the direction of
Dakan Funeral Chapel, Parma.
She was born Feb. 22, 1929, in Oglesby, Ill., to Lewis Sumner
and Elsie Ulrich Tuttle. She moved with her family to
the Apply (sic-Apple) Valley area near Parma at the age of 5.
She attend Apply (sic-Apple) Valley School and married Ray Fox
Dec. 10, 1947 in the United Pentacostal Church. Parma,.
They moved into the Parma City in November of 1970. She
was active in the family business, Fox Sanitation, as
bookkeeper until her death.
She had been active in the Christian Business Women's
Association and attended Woman AGLOW meetings at which she had
been invited to speak on a number of occasions.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Julie Rae
Williams of Norfolk of Va.; her father Lewis Sumner Tuttle of
Albinon (sic-Albion), Harold Tuttle of Rogue River, Ore., Roy
Tuttle of Lady Lake, Fla., Martin Tuttle of Sacramento,
Calif., and Glen Tuttle of Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters,
Elsie Mae Davenport of Olympia, Wash., Mary Frances Husted of
Anchorage; one grandson, Ryan Anthony Fox of Parma.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Mountain States
Tumor Institute or the Campus Crusade in care of Dakan Funeral
