Bernard Fitzpatrick

    Services for Bernard F. Fitzpatrick, 83, Parma justice of the peace, who died Saturday morning at his home, will be conducted at 2;30 p.m. tomorrow at the Parma Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.  The Rev. Wayne Wardwell will officiate.  Interment will be at Parma.
    Mr. Fitzpatrick was born Jan. 2, 1882, in Hays, Kansas.  He married Anna Moore, May 28, 1936, at Caldwell, and had served as justice of the Peace at Parma.  Mrs. Fitzpatrick died Sept. 12, 1960.
    Surviving are two step-sons, Harry Moore, Mountain Home, and Donald Moore, Portland, Ore.; two sisters, Mrs. Esher Nixon, Cherryvale, Kan., and Mrs. Iona Greenlee, Scott City, Kan.; and a step-brother, Charles Goetcheus, Shawnee Mission, Kan.
